As the sole Product Designer, I was in charge of leading the design practice and building the design system from scratch. Advocating for user-centred design and ensuring that user experience design was part of the investigation, building and release cycles of the product.In this role, I demonstrated skills and a passion for design excellence. At Ivanti, a global leader in automation platforms, service management, and security, I oversaw the Realtime Intelligence system, an automation tool that allows users to verify and take action immediately across different systems.I played a key role in improving the user experience and ensured 100% consistency in the design across the entire Ivanti Neurons platform.- Conducted complex audits and research to identify and improve user flows, leading to several major releases with successful UX outcomes- Developed universal design patterns that are used company-wide- Contributed to the creation of a consistent design kit library that is now used across all Ivanti products- Developed complex, reusable, and scalable design components and patterns that are used company wide- Trained other colleagues on modern design software

ThinkIT Romania is a leader in the IT outsourcing market in Romania with a portfolio of IT solutions for professional associations and private companies. - Initiated the creation and engineering of the Design System- Developed the UI framework for our in-house JavaScript frameworkIn addition to our main products, which included medical and staff management, insurance brokers CRM, and nursing management, we also worked as an outsourcing company for a partner project, Aswaq.net, a UAE-based e-Commerce platform.
