Main responsibilities:- troubleshooting and maintaining access and distribution levels of the IP/MPLS network- provisioning network services such as: internet, vpn MPLS L3, EoMPLS, VPLS- configuring and troubleshooting IP, BGP, OSPF, L2/L3 MPLS, DNS, DHCP, STP, VLANs,PPPoE- provisioning IP address resources for internet and vpn mpls services- provisioning public IP Subnets and managing RIPE Records- advanced troubleshooting on L2/L3 multi vendor equipments (loops, floods, rogue dhcp, dos,etc.)- managing DNS Records- solving trouble tickets for residential and business customers- working in a multivendor environment with Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, HPE, ZTE, CTS, Tp-Link.

Main responsibilities:- provide technical support by phone and email to small & large business customers and strategic corporate customers for internet and network connectivity issues- manage tickets from other departments of the company- troubleshooting ipv4, DHCP, PPPoE, IP/MPLS, BGP, e-mail, DNS, rDNS, networking problems and abuse incidents for business customers- provide technical support to on-site maintenance teams- troubleshooting the access and distribution levels of the IP/MPLS network and solving various issues such as: vlan transport, port configuration, ip addressing, port errors, rogue dhcp servers, network loops.
