Leveraging great experience in the crisis management I’ve been able to return it back on track within 3 months, however my initial optimistic ETA was twice longer. Biggest challenge that period was to save the service delivery, discarding the development burning deadline, however I’ve been able to tackle both with engineering project cabin crew change during the fly for one of the projects, with slight delays, even development deliveries were accomplished. With the COVID hit, whole unit were able to smoothly transfer to the WFH setup and keep Ciklum running without a single P1 incident. We’ve been able to do so with good team composition and talented individuals hired back in 2019. Team that currently exist in Ciklum responsible for Enterprise Applications is rock solid bullet able to hit any dramatic and aggressive goal. Team of professionals I will definitely miss the most. -
