With two decades of experience as a nonprofit executive and high-impact consultant, I work closely with nonprofit CEOs and department leaders to help them improve the way their organizations think, plan, and work so they can do good better for the people they serve and the people who power them. My specialties are in strategy development and activation, organizational and team effectiveness, change management, communications, culture-building, and practical leadership coaching.
