Currently, my passion is to support CEOs, business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders, and their teams in the evolution of their companies. I am also passionate about facing ongoing challenges with a lot of creativity, innovation, and, proper use of technology.My history as a senior executive is long, as I worked as a Chief Executive Officer for 16 years in large companies from different industries. I was in charge of great teams in four different countries (Chile, Brazil, Peru, US).During that time, I had the opportunity to be a founder and I lead the initial development of companies. I was involved in big transformations of business models, changes in strategies, processes, systems, and people. I also took part in mergers, issuance of international bonds, negotiations with governments and unions, and in large commercial and operational alliances.During the last few years, I have worked as an advisor and board member in medium-sized companies, and as a CEO mentor and coach. Through this time I have learned about growth and the reality of companies in different sectors of the economy. I have enjoyed learning about its operations and processes. In January 2020, I founded Ootbox Partners to use all my experience to support scale companies, align their teams, and enhance their talents.With business studies in the “Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile” and executives studies at “Stanford University” in the US, and “ESE Business School” in Chile. I received ScalingUp Certified Coach in 2019, Certified EXO Foundations and Certified EXO Consultant in 2020, and, I am YPO member since 2010.
