I have gained experience working with others and leading small groups of workers (2 - 5) when appointed as crew leader. Tasks varied from pot hole repair, road sign placement, hard surface sweeping, minor maintenance, flagging traffic and general labour. Other skills gained from this experience has been record keeping, and accurately filling out various safety forms.

Make sure products reach company standards, from start of production to finish. This includes: inspecting meat emulsions visually assuring they are properly made. Doing weight checks on raw, and ready-to-eat (RTE) foods, making sure product reaches target weight. Performing colour intensity tests, finished product sensory profiles, and finished product quality checks, assuring final products are of highest standards.All duties require record keeping. Tasks included: Making shipping lists for items heading out, sending out finished products, making sure all ordered material was accounted for, provide employees with tool services and sales. Also, I organized the companies computer records of materials that had come in and sent out, making it easier to retrieve older records. Near the end of my stay I trained an individual as I was heading back to school.
