- Developing a scalable Project Management Office for a rapidly expanding startup - Implementing a new Telephony system through Request for Proposal and Proof of Concept to ensure the company’s communication systems stay innovative and agile- Responsible for Project Management of the IT infrastructure in all new global office and warehouse builds

- Reduced BSC’s weekly cash float by $62M, by rolling out a standardized and simplified banking solution for self-funded accounts that allowed direct payment to a Provider by deducting funds from the client’s bank account, and adding transparency to the claim’s payment process by replacing the weekly invoicing cycle- Grew BSC’s Medicare market share, by offering a benefit-rich, competitively-priced plan choice that supported BSC’s goal trajectory to increase net income from 2018-2020- Increased the Individual Medicare market share by offering supplemental Product enhancements including an increase in the Welcome to Medicare Savings amount, introduction of Household Rate Savings, and a new member incentive for Dental plans- Implemented a corporate training program for 1500 Promise Health Plan employees to that contributed to Medicare and Medi-Cal membership growth by streamlining and simplifying enrollment, retention and relations- Directly managed a staff to oversee project schedule details and logistics in order to keep the project on time and on budget - Ensured program level alignment of scope, schedule and resources with primary business partners to manage the budget, dependencies, and identify and resolve cross-program issues and risks

- Promoted Wells Fargo credit card usage by streamlining and enhancing the “Redeem for Purchases” program within the digital virtual channels, reinforcing the value customers earn when using their Wells Fargo credit cards- Drove an enterprise initiative to capture telephone numbers at the time of online enrollment for enhanced security- Contributed to the retirement of the online legacy banking platform, by migrating users to the new secure session platform and ensuring little to no interruption of service across all virtual channels

- Introduced BSC’s Full PPO Network to Covered California’s Small Business Health Options Program, with the goal of increasing membership by 9% and moving BSC into the 2nd largest provider in that marketplace- Developed standardized approach to product management using a hybrid of project, product and system development lifecycle methodologies, to ensure all key milestones were met and tasks completed on time, on budget and with expected business benefits - Managed the Initiation phase of an enterprise-prioritized initiative to migrate and integrated GemCare, including service expansion approval by the DMHC, product development, network enhancements, expanded service areas contracting, online and mobile enhancements, integrated voice response, and preparation for dual system operation, without impacting Member access to care, or Provider relations - Promoted a high-performing team, by mentoring team members to further growth and development

- Contributed to Facets implementation, an enterprise software system solution to drive administrative efficiency, improve the cost and quality of care and increase payer and provider connectivity, by managing the remediation of the Provider Matching Logic system and implementing EDI transaction pre-scrub capabilities- Managed a $4.6M software implementation that supported Health and Wellness Benefits programs- Gathered business requirements and worked with technical teams to translate requirements into system functionality- Provided leadership, guidance and direction to PMs through relationship building, to help reach milestones, deliverables and savings goals

- Helped save $4.2M through contracting with Providers and channeling Members to utilize ambulatory surgery centers and skilled nursing facilities - Coordinated the Network Management response to the CalPERS RFP, by identifying the appropriate subject matter expert to own each section of the Request, ensuring the response was vetted, compiled into one final document for an on time submittal- Found $2M in incremental savings by implementing corporate recovery initiatives aimed at collecting outstanding debt from Providers and identified root causes to improve accounts receivables and ultimately decrease the cost of healthcare

- Managed the project lifecycles of IT Infrastructure, Electronic Medical Records, and clinical and financial system implementations with budgets of $1-$2 million each resulting in operational and patient care improvements- Helped coordinate a $16M IT infrastructure project to upgrade the Catheterization Angiography Laboratory with GE Centricity, a state of the art medical imaging solution that integrated Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Radiology Information Systems (RIS)- Client facing position ensuring projects resulted in operational and patient care improvements

- Supported multiple onsite vendor management programs with $25M in spend- Key member of a Japanese service expansion project
