• managing supply chain • developing distribution and retail • developing Sequent e-shop • keeping good relations with supporters on Kickstarter, Indiegogo and social media • creating business plan • developing customer service workflow • planning new products • collecting ideas for business development • working closely with shareholders

• cooperating on Kickstarter campaign preparation and launch • helping with social media communication • communicating with Kickstarter community during and after the campaign

- responsible for acquisition of new corporate clients- fulfilling acquisition targets- proactively identifying new business opportunities on the global market as well as in the Czech Republic- developing long-term relations with clients- participating on business development and strategic decisions- helping with marketing mix and positioning

- fulfilling acquisition targets in Prague- responsible for acquisition of clients in SOHO and SME segment- providing support for other business representatives - helping them handle new updates on offers creating tool, new processes, portfolio changes and communication towards Vodafone- providing customer care for acquired clients- developing long-term relations with clients

- selling games for mobile phones through mobile operators O2 and T-Mobile- developing relations with current games developers and acquiring new ones (taking care of everything from the first contact to signing the contract)- managing the supplier of platforms for mobile games which mobile operators use- preparing and managing complete marketing mix- creating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and reviews
