The role involves supporting the school's mission by fostering a positive learning environment, managing disciplinary actions, and facilitating teacher development. Responsibilities include curriculum oversight, student progress monitoring, and parent communication. Consistent collaboration with the principal and district leadership to implement school policies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with educational standards. Additionally, coordinate extracurricular activities, oversee testing procedures, and contribute to the overall school culture.
