• Created ePAPER system: an Oracle-scheduled set of background processes using Oracle Text, Jobs and mod_plsql. System is designed to load scanned pdf files into database hourly and build text indexes to extract metadata from loaded files to match to students’ records.• Integrated ELS admission system with SEVIS Batch Interface (Foreign Student Visitor Program), designed to capture data during admissions and attendance, log it, convert collected data to XML format, and transmit it hourly to U.S. Department of Homeland Security. A separate set of processes retrieve processed results from DHS servers nightly and apply data back to ELS database.

• Designed database architecture for DSO Reports system, University Admissions Information System, DSO Batch module for reporting, and CLOL Academic systems to track attendance and academic progress of ELS students.• Created and managed Homestay Management System (Housing.els.com), a housing reservation portal for external homestay providers, including online application with online credit card payment module and more.• Utilized dashboard concept to make user interface as intuitive and dynamic as possible. • Created admission database and designed Delphi applications.
