The main responsibilities of my position were fully focused on quality assurance and software testing. My time on projects varied drastically during the week, sometimes covering as much as five projects in different lifecycle phases simultaneously. The projects, beside that, were greatly varied in the internal development team organization, technologies.

As a quality assurance engineer in a small scrum team, my daily responsibilities were divided into first line support, agile testing and quality assurance and business analysis duties, as well as some business analyst ones. The most important skills related to product ownership, business analysis and team leadership I managed to achieve were to take change.

The most important responsibilities as a support consultant for the European clients of the company were to offer email, telephone and/or web support, to properly and promptly receive and perform triage on client tickets, provide relevant software documentation when requested and refer to existing documentation in order to properly understand defects.

As a member of the Data Collection and Labeling team, my primary objective was to gather relevant data for ongoing projects in the Microsoft Office division, which I was a part of. Later on and during most of my employment, inside the Office Sway Quality Assurance team, it was my responsibility to carry out manual tests of both the web-based and mobile.
