Enter and maintain integrity of project data files consisting of technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, purchase orders, technical specifications & other project required data using CWI (Matrix) and SAP.Update and maintain engineering data base files with information contained in more complex engineering job packets (i.e. bill of material.

• Negotiates out-of-court settlements and agreements with parties
• Conducts detailed in-office investigations to locate parties, verify employment and determine assets
• Assesses child support cases to determine appropriate action
• Monitors child support cases and refers delinquent cases for appropriate enforcement actions
• Prepares documents relating to legal and administrative actions to establish or enforce child support orders
• Responds to inquiries and complaints from customers
