In the real estate company, I had in Mexico, we managed the sale and rental of private persons as well as the properties in past due portfolio such as PENDULUM, ZENDERE, SECORSE, BANCOMER, GE Capital and SCOTIABANK, to which we worked as external brokers; usually the real estate of these companies were in the stage of beginning trial, adjudication, taking possession or possession and property deed ready to live and buy for bank credit or cash.In the same way, we had our group of investors to whom we suggested in which property to invest, we conducted market studies, investment project, administrative and legal regularization of the property, we had our remodelling team to leave the property ready to deliver to the future buyer. We handled the states of Querétaro, Puebla, Guanajuato, Veracruz, Mexico City and the State of Mexico.My main job was to coordinate the legal, administration, sales and remodelling departments; be the direct contact with companies and investors, take the steps of signing deeds and grow our customer base.
