- Understand and analyse the Invitation to Tenders (ITT) documentation- Work with the tendering manager and the technical department managers to develop the commercial and technical offers (detailed scope, execution plan, workforce, workload, price)- Prepare the technical and commercial offers accordingly before submitting them to the tendering manager for approval
