Responsible for the successful design, development, delivery and management of learning solutions. Ensure organizational learning and development programs are consistent with Audible’s mission, vision, learning and talent development strategy. Develop a holistic training approach based on the thoughtful assessment, identification, and prioritization of training requirements. Design, develop, deliver and manage fully-integrated training and development solutions. Direct the instructional design and development of internally or externally developed learning solutions for a variety of delivery methods including e-Learning and instructor-led content. Design and facilitate learning courses in the classroom and use virtual delivery media. Develop ad hoc curriculum relevant to critical business initiatives and other departmental / functional needs. Analyze learning evaluation data and metrics to diagnose gaps, identify opportunities and implement change to ensure content is current, relevant and delivered in the most efficient and effective manner. Ensure highly evolved data analysis and metrics process is in place for ongoing reporting to the organization.
