As the Executive Director of Marketing at USAHS, my focus is on leading student acquisition and driving enrollment growth through innovative digital strategies. Guiding the digital roadmap, I've implemented cutting-edge tools including Marketo, Knak, BigQuery, and Power BI to synergize cross-functional efforts, unify the customer view and drive brand, product, and investment strategies. Recent endeavors include launching and optimizing a new website, executing segmentation research to finetune audience and engagement strategies, and achieving 2x ROI growth through a tiered geographic campaign revamp with automated, value-based bidding strategies - made possible through MarTech and Business Intelligence (BI) implementation I spearheaded.
