Worked with the source code behind ANSYS Mechanical. Tasks typically involve fixing errors in the mechanical interface and implementing simple add-on functions to the existing code.

Carried out funded-research work in Computational Fluid Dynamics. Performed flow/thermal simulations in a variety of structures such as microchannels, cages, and blood-vessels using ANSYS Fluent. Each project required performing flow simulations, and generating/interpreting data through numerical, experimental, and analytical methods. Graded and prepared.

Designed and built a retrofit mechanism to motorize hospital beds at ISU’s medical center. Planned and scheduled tasks in a group of three. Developed cost estimates, wrote the proposal for and received funding for project. Utilized SolidWorks to design the assembly and built the physical model to scale. Prepared a final technical report summarizing findings.
