In my role as Regional Vice President at Comcast Business in Houston, Texas, I successfully led multi-channel sales and customer support teams to drive growth in SMB and Enterprise segments. Managing the Texas Region P&L and personnel, I oversaw Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Sales Support, implementing strategic initiatives that increased market share and revenue, resulting in a significant business expansion. Developed key initiatives leading to market expansion and reorganization of teams focused on a Houston footprint to a statewide Texas Region where we hired dozens of out-of-footprint mid-market sales reps in DFW, Austin and San Antonio. Refocused 120+ sales and marketing personnel to improve customer value proposition, move up-market and dramatically grow the Gov-Ed vertical.

Joined this private equity owned business to lead marketing and sales growth efforts. Developed and executed strategies to bridge the deaf and hearing worlds through a platform that allowed enterprises to provide barrier-free, ADA compliant communications for deaf employees. Led sales team efforts to drive business segment growth strategies including partnership with Cisco for desktop video endpoints and mobility client solutions for deaf and ADA compliance.
