Curios and nerdy, I like learning about psychology, behavioral economics, communication, negotiations, analytics and storytelling, and application of the aforementioned in the digital realm.Digital is what I do and love as it allows for all of the above - to ship, to test, to analyze, to fail and learn fast, to ship, and work with wonderful people across the meridians. I've lived in 7 countries, educated in 4, worked in 3. Professionally, I enjoy working in a fast-paced, experimental environment/culture where one has the autonomy to test and build both products as well as build partnerships with teams inside and outside of the organization. I've built teams that haven't existed before in the company and helped bring structure and organization to up-and-coming and complex topics so that they can be tackled and acted upon in a constructive manner. Personally, I enjoy reading books and practicing sports ranging from martial arts (boxing, kickboxing), outdoor (hiking and snowboarding), as well as yoga both as a student and as a teacher. I love to coach and mentor both my own team, as well as anyone who believes I can help them in advancing their career as continuous learning and people development (including my own) is a hobby of mine. In recent times (2019/2020), I've partnered through Impact Hub with social start-ups/social entrepreneurs to offer guidance in their quest to tackle social issues. My 5 Key Strengths are:1. Perspective/Coach2. Love of Learning/Learner3. Responsibility/Ownership4. Thinker/Judgment5. Deliverer/Perseverance

Social Media AdvisorCleantech Finland Mar 2010 - Jun 2010Helsinki, FiI was involved in the development of the social media strategy for the company as well as implementing it. This included building on company’s presence onLinkedIn, creating content and raising awareness of the company’s brand as well as monitoring (using Google Analytics) and reporting to the company’s top management. All goals set and achieved in the strategy document - such as in crease in member base, increase in traffic from LinkedIn to the company's website, increase of members from outside of Finland, active discussions and networking - were positively rated by the company. -
TraineeFinpro Sep 2009 - Dec 2009Helsinki, Uusimaa, FiI worked on many different projects, and what was really different when I compare it to the other internships is the fact that here, I really have responsibilities. You get the job and it is on you to get it done. Besides responsibility, I had a lot of space for creativity and ideas, but also guidance from my colleagues. I worked on my first social media strategy (which I hope takes off), to researching and presenting telecommunication markets of western Balkans, to (cherry on top) the business opportunity check project for Serbia, doing various research, organizing meetings and warping up and concluding this faze of the project. I found this consultancy business very interesting, since it is project oriented environment, working with a small group of people in the office, to building connections with different people with different backgrounds and industries outside of office. -
Product And Services InternVip Mobile D.O.O. Jul 2009 - Aug 2009Belgrade, Serbia, RsVip mobile was my second internship and overall it was a good experience. I worked in Products & Services department with young people that were working on developing new and fresh products. From market research to the development of a real service that was born form the research itself, it was a fun 2 months. We were working on a real project, that might have had a chance in the market, if we had stayed in the company a little longer. The best side of this internship was that we were going through some of the phases any project has to go through, but on the bad side I had a feeling that no one really had our back, meaning that since we were interns our ideas weren't taken all that seriously. At the end I turned out to be right, since our project is still on hold. But I found the telecommunication industry very interesting and dynamic one, and definitely see myself working in it in the future.Programme came with many more benefits, besides this internship, so I would definitely recommend it to everyone, especially to young people in Serbia as it gives a good opportunity to enter the international working environment. -
Trade Marketing InternBritish American Tobacco Jul 2008 - Oct 2008London, GbThis was my first step into the corporate world. Had a good 3 months, although it didn't live up to the expectations. I was working on consolidation of trade data, in excel sheets, hence no fun...On the bright side, I met some interesting people, had a blast with my fellow Interns, and for the first time worked from 9am-5pm...The most important thing I learned is that internships are a gamble, with your mentor and the department HR chooses for you being he most critical factors. Basically, if your mentor is a great person ready to devote his/hers time to actually teach you something than you will always feel like you learned something valuable, regardless of he department or the company you are working in. That was not the case in BAT for me.
