Hi, I am Vanessa, and my work is guided by three core values: Purpose, People, Impact, and Technology.With over eight years of international experience, I’ve worked on impactful social and developmental projects in Africa, focusing on education, digital access, and empowering youth and women. Through collaborations with notable organizations, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to initiatives like:1. Google's Grow with Google Initiative (Nigeria and Singapore), where I played a key role in implementing four Google training programs that enhanced the digital skills of more than 300,000 young entrepreneurs and small businesses across 10+ African countries. 2. University of Leipzig's ACCESS Project (Germany), where I helped organize the first Summer School workshop in Africa, which brought together over 50 academic and business professionals to improve graduate employability through service-learning in Africa.As a digital media professional passionate about solving problems for organizations and SMEs, I’ve successfully led projects from conception to execution, leveraging consumer insights, psychology, content marketing, and data to drive results. I’m dedicated to advancing the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, especially those related to poverty, hunger, good health and well-being, quality education, and gender equality. This commitment has fueled my involvement in:- Google WomenWill, where I’ve trained women in digital skills, empowering them to realize their self-worth and economic potential.- Rotary International (Paul Harris Fellow), where I contribute to global efforts to foster peace and eradicate polio.One of my most meaningful projects has been working with local organizations in Benin, providing essential resources to keep over 1,000 children out of the slums, catered for, and in school.Currently, I’m sharpening my skills at Quantic School of Business and Technology, pursuing an MBA, and furthering my knowledge in Marketing Analytics, Psychology, and Conversion Optimization at CXL."
