- Organize events, initiatives, and fundraisers to engage Columbia's population of Armenians, which numbers 60+ students and 10+ professors- Lead all general body and executive board meetings, organizing logistics of all such gatherings- Utilize ASA's social media presence in order to maximize engagement and center the Armenian experience in the Columbia community

- Direct all staffer recruitment processes, such as advertising, interviews, and conference training- Manage all communications between board members and staffers while mitigating all possible concerns or issues- Conduct personalized outreach to prospective staffers and delegates in order to ensure the highest possible quality of educational stimulation and debate

- Organize biweekly events for over 400 club members, such as forums, dinners, and formals- Oversee and curate CIRCA’s media presence, including website and social media accounts- Implement event co-sponsorships with prominent organizations on Columbia’s campus- Facilitate and accelerate necessary contractual agreements between CIRCA, Columbia, and third parties

- Managed all committees, staffers, and deliverables as Under-Secretary-General of Committees of nonprofit conference- Facilitated the development process of committees by communicating continuously with staffers and setting clear deadlines- Ultimately ensured a smooth committee experience for 100+ delegates on the day of the conference

- Delegated responsibilities to team of staffers as Crisis Director for political symposium- Wrote a thorough background guide of ~20 pages about the Spanish Civil War for over 30 participants in one of Columbia's foremost Model UN conferences- Constantly provided unique, creative responses to written correspondence and resolutions from students over a period of 3 days

- Composed a policy memo on the "troubled teen industry," my Capstone Project for the internship, which has already been incorporated into New York Medicaid policy- Drafted quotes, speeches, proclamations, and talking points for Senator Hoylman, including influential statements on the overturn of Roe v. Wade and mpox vaccinations- Researched and compiled a spreadsheet containing all clips Senator Hoylman has been referenced in and reformatted biweekly to send to New York Senate Majority Press Office, attaining the most clips in the Senate 4 out of 5 instances during my tenure- Created social media posts for release on Senator Hoylman’s Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, increasing Instagram engagement by a mean factor of ~10x- Attended events to support Senator Hoylman (or his representative) as press point-person, recording events to be disseminated to constituents via social medias and website and giving statements to reporters on Senator Hoylman’s behalf

- Wrote a weekly column summarizing critical current events- Edited all articles prior to publishing

- Spearheaded extensive coverage of the Student Workers of Columbia strike for 20,000 regular readers- Corresponded with Columbia Communications to obtain comment for large-scale features or breaking news- Conducted meticulous field work, including interviews and photography, during emergencies such as fires- Authored thorough features on cultures, controversies, and politics within the Columbia community

- Directed and produced selections from Julius Caesar as part of a Shakespeare exhibition- Choreographed dance sequences, managed ensembles, and organized extra rehearsals

- Coordinated extensive safety measures for scuba divers while directing junior team members- Designed, expanded, and updated Action Sports & Travel website to streamline inventory and pricing- Facilitated sales and servicing of scuba equipment to residents of New England and upstate New York

- Established Mt. Greylock’s first debate club and recruited 30 students through social media outreach- Attained five Best Delegate awards for outstanding research, writing, and public speaking- Optimized conference registration and trained all junior delegates in preparation for competitions- Delegated responsibilities to a team of ten staffers as a Crisis Director for CMUNCE XXI
