Unsure about what percentage of people think that a good Internship opportunity helps you to to realize the direction you have to take to kick-start your career.For me, it was during my 2 month Internship period at a co-operative bank. Working as a Treasury Intern directly under the guidance of the Treasury Manager helped me understand various concepts, theoretically and practically which i was earlier unaware of. This helped me to understand which aspect of the banking industry i should focus on and try to gain more knowledge and expertise on. Managing the funds, working on calculative and descriptive date, having a hands on approach 25*7*365 days a year, being in connect with the market on a daily basis, looking at various investment avenues available, analyzing the downfalls and the rises in the market and making forecasts and taking apt decisions, for a better functioning Treasury is something i am interested to be a part of. To get into such a detailed profile i need to kick-start my career from the bottom of the ladder and climb all the way up, by first being a part of a Financial Planning and Analyst Team and working round the clock to upgrade my knowledge and skill sets. A place where i can input all the relevant knowledge i have learned in the past and put my other skills of analysis, word format,excel format, presentation format skills to the best use along with making and taking best decisions for the team and the organisation if needed.Looking forward to work with a financial organisation where i can dedicate my true self and get to acquire all the learning i can from such a profile, the organisation and its reputable employees.
