I’m an Onsite Early Intervention Specialist (CEIS II). Providing onsite prevention and care of industrial injuries under OSHA guidelines. Work closely with the EH&S Department to help decrease workers compensation claims and improve employee satisfaction regarding health services. I service over 700 employees in a union environment that runs 24/7. In my role I assist with identifying OSHA compliance, involved in injury investigations and mitigation, educate employees on ergonomics, wellness, and exercise. Work closely with the management and union members of the plant. Manage work & non-work related injuries and refer to outside care as needed. Collaborate with onsite workers compensation medical office and claims department. Work in partnership with EH&S department by participating in daily/monthly meetings, develop and distribute educational material, conduct new hire orientations, conduct return to work readiness and coordinate wellness fairs and screenings. Organize and conduct wellness challenges (weight loss, maintain weight, etc.). Collect data to establish ROI/KPI's and distribute to management during meetings. Organize, collaborate, and execute the following safety programs onsite: Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection and Heat Illness programs. In addition, I'm an active member of the ATI Worksite Solutions Grow and Celebration team. Our purpose is to collaborate and celebrate peers that work nationwide within the company.During 2015 I was assigned the co-team leader for the AWS/O-I group with the primary responsibility to compile and send out cumulative reports. Starting in 2014 I mentored numerous new CEIS's transitioning into the industrial field (FedEx, PA; O-I, TX; O-I, CA; Gallo Glass, CA); set up weekly/monthly conference calls, communicate back to CEIS's direct supervisors of accomplishments and areas of improvement; continue to motivate and provide suggestions for the new CEIS to be successful in their work settings.

Approved Clinical Instructor between Fresno State's ATEP program and Clovis West High School.Oversaw Fresno State students that needed observation hours (level 1) and students that were within the ATEP program (level 2 & 3) during their rotation at Clovis West High School. Rotations ranged from 6 weeks to semester long rotations.

I am the Athletic Trainer of all 27 sports that are at Clovis West High School, I excell in prevention and care of all athletic injuries. Primarily travel with varsity football but have traveled with other teams as they request.
