I seek knowledge, adventure, and like to challenge myself both physically and mentally. After college, I started on my career path as a computer programmer, but a few years later I changed my trajectory by choosing to be a stay-at-home mom. Over the years, while being in a supportive role at home, I have been able to study and to add to my skills.I have studied graphic design and website development, creating websites for myself, a few friends, and a few businesses. I learned many of the Adobe software programs and even learned about iOS app development for fun. More recently, I have focused my studies on AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS via books and online videos. Computer related learning is only a small portion of what I have spent my time on. I am an athlete and have spent many hours of my life running. I also hike and practice yoga. I am adept at many types of handcrafts, and, over the past ten years, traditional art (drawing and painting) has taken over much of my free time. I travel when I can, exploring the great outdoors around the world with my husband and my camera.
