I had my bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering in one of the top Universities in Brazil (UFSCar). I focused my graduation mostly on computer science topics, from process simulation and computer fluid dynamics to mathematical models and algorithms, having published one article on mathematical modeling distillation columns.Since graduated I started working as a Software Engineer at Chemtech, Worked as a Full-stack Web Developer building a customized manufacturing execution system (MES) solution using C# and .Net framework and had the opportunity to work on really innovative projects on major Brazilian companies. I was invited to assume a role as a quality assurance engineer on Siemens in Houston due to my background in software development, deep knowledge of Chemical Engineering and process simulation. On this role I was responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases to calculate mechanical integrity and pressure relief safety. On 2018 I was invited to join a small group of entrepreneurs on a new startup called Lancium having the role of Software Developer and System Engineer. This has been the most technically challenging of my career, developing and creating systems to make use of renewable energy on remote data centers and using distributed parallel computing to enable the growth of renewable energy. Lancium builds and operates data centers that bring incremental demand directly to the power source.One of my passions is building robots and programing microcontrollers to accomplish tasks with visual recognition and artificial intelligence.
