I am a leadership coach, credentialed through the International Coaching Federation. I founded the coaching firm Next Summit Advisors in 2020 with the mission committing to co-creating my clients’ best future selves. I partner with people in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires each to maximize his or her personal and professional potential. Through my LLC, I am currently coaching 15 executives in a DOD agency. I am also delivering leadership development courses to four other Federal agencies.I retired from ICF where I supported a DOD client as a senior SME for risk modeling, performance measurement and strategic planning. I also served as the ICF program manager for a $93M IDIQ contract supporting this client.I am a retired Air Force officer. I was a rocket scientist for most of my 22-year career. I directly supported the chief scientists of both Air Force Space Command and Air Combat Command. I complemented my military and civilian career by teaching calculus as an adjunct professor at Tier-1 and Tier-2 universities around the country since 1982. I currently teach leadership at the Nazarene Bible College.I am a retired church planter. Concurrent with my secular career, for over 15 years, I was a bi-vocational minister, ordained by and serving in the Church of the Nazarene. As senior pastor of two churches, my role was to preach, teach and heal with the Love of the Father, the Grace of His Son, Jesus, and under the Power of the Holy Spirit. In 2023, God called me out of retirement to pastor a Global Methodist Church in southwest Virginia.
