My Roles and Responsibilities as a Construction Manager are:  I am the accountable to my Client. I coordinated the team, organization, and maintain smooth process flow in the project.  I improved construction lifecycle flow from contract, through procurement, execution, and smooth transition into sustainable operation & planned maintenance. I oversaw work closely with Licensors, Urban planning departments to ensure master plan is technically feasible and sustainable to meet financial objectives of project. I directed site survey, reviewed final quantity take off, analyzed constructability risk and issues and drafted mitigation plans, and increased the performance of planned works. I mediated Lead Discipline Engineers, strengthened transversal interface activities. I organized and consolidated various Sub contractors, vendors, and suppliers in project execution. I produce deliverables in compliance with the project schedule, allocated budget, and quality acceptance.  I compose the performance progress reports and follow up of project change orders. I facilitate internal daily meetings, and present KPI reports to clients using dashboards presentations. I support Project Manager in managing contract administration, claim administration, procurement and tendering, project finance to achieve clients organization business goals.

Electrical substation, Process plant, DCMS, ADMS enabled process plant system.Contains 33/11 KV, 20MVA, Primary and secondary substations, MV, LV, system, DC and UPS, Firefighting, HVAC system DCMS automated engineering workstation units, Communication, CCTV, and ISMS system. My Roles and Responsibilities as a Project Engineer/ BIM Coordinator are: As a part of Executive Project Management (EPM) Team, I achieved deliverables on applied BIM implementation and referred ISO 19650-2:2018 BIM Strategy practices. I prepared EIR, PIP, BEP, MIDP and other Information Production Methods & Procedures. I collaborate closely with team developers- civil, structure, mechanical, electrical, telecom, HVAC, Firefighting, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to create conceptualized BIM model.  I transformed GIS field collection data and visualization to 3D model plant, building and infrastructure, 4D simulations, construction story boarding, and prototyping, 5D total cost quantity take off, 6D sustainability and 7D facility management and support supply chain logistics. I establish pilot plant in medium size, demonstrated in 6-month duration, and get revised iteratively to the criticality and visibility seen to the overall plant sustainability.  I programmed python, used automation tools to detect clashes, and upgraded components of plants foundation, structures, equipments, machinery, underground pipelines, cable duct banks, field instrument tapping points. I oversaw BIM data management, and shaped its accuracy of information on materials, components, and systems.  I served as a liaison between designers, estimators, construction engineers, EPM delivery team, SMEs, IT and facilitate to ensure everyone is aligned with one organization project roadmap.

My roles and responsibilities as a Project Engineering Consultant are: I developed Project cost estimate and do cost control at various stages of the project based on the tender requirements. I supervised at project level, engineered BDEP, FEED, Engineering, procurement, Construction. I Prepared tender contract documents, managed LSTK contractors and vendors.  I consolidated the client requirements, basis design and form customized technical specification bounded scripts, documents and drawings supported to tender submission.  I developed high level milestones, level-2 schedule, clarified technical queries, reviewed contractor submittals- material bidding evaluation, method of statements, risk assessments, scope changes, claims, progress measurements and payments.  I examined contractors document submittals- mobilization plan, execution plan, quality implementation plan, risk management plan, constructability plan, safety management plan, and extracted the required contract obligations.  I regulated the knowledge gap between the team members and monitored KPIs in weekly and monthly meetings.  I interviewed contractors' key personnel to check the capability of individuals competent level in project executions.

Scope of Work Erection, Testing, Commissioning, and handing over of 33/4.16KV substation, MV, LV, DCSDoosan is one of the leading EPC consortiums in Power, Water, and Industrial projects. My roles and responsibilities as an Electrical Engineer are:  I performed and developed Electrical, Instrumentation and telecom technical engineering activities, I ensured the client standards SAES and other industry standards IEEE, NFPA, NEC are compiled in my engineering design.  I prepared electrical 3-line schematics, DCS logic block diagrams, and created simulated iterative power system model using ETAP, performed Plant Load flow and short circuit study analysis, motor acceleration, relay coordination, Arc flash, Harmonics and Transient stability studies.  I assisted in preparing specifications, Quantity take off, BOQ preparation, bid evaluation and sub-contractor selection. I engage in various stages of design development, such as pre-concept, schematic, design development and IFC, along with the development of specifications.  I performed site construction installation of GIS, MV, LV Switchgears, power transformers, safe ACDC convertors, VFD, ABTS, field large motors, generators, field instruments, and package systems.  I illustrated DCS- SWGR breaker functional tests, ductor tests, CT, PT, Relay, meter panel current injection and conducted IR, HIPOT tests to confirm stability and reliability of electrical system. I performed commissioning of network control DCS, SCADA. ENMS, ADMS and digital substation protection, control and automation complying with international IEC 61850 standards.  I have authorized certification for operating electrical live switching and operations tests. Software and testing kits I used in this project are ETAP, DIgSILENT, Omicron- CMC 356, CT analyzer, AutoCAD, and MS office packages.
