About Veronica Lamb

Customers are not dependent on us; we are dependent upon them. When we lose focus on how important our customer is to our success, we often fail to succeed. I have been in the insurance industry since 2008 and I enjoy helping customers assess their needs and find the best plan that will meet their needs while being cost-effective within their budget.For the last 7+ years, I have been in Quality Assurance where it is my job to evaluate other representatives to ensure not only that they adopt this attitude toward our customers, but also that they follow all regulations and policy and operate with integrity. It is my philosophy that our job should be done accurately and correctly in order to protect the company’s reputation and integrity while also ensuing the best possible outcome for each customer. I love being a mentor and coach to other representatives, teaching them how they can balance regulatory compliance with customer service and positive production results. I am my employer’s go-to person that can be counted on to be adaptable enough to take on new tasks, flexible enough to pitch in and assist the team and outgoing enough to build a cohesive, collaborative team environment.
