Orange Romania Communications• Defines, plans and organizes the retail strategy for Fixed Services;• Responsible for the profit and loss within the stores, for the performance of all stores, and when necessary, proposes corrective actions;• Develops and manages the budgetary sales operations within the stores at regional and national level;• Coordinates the activity of monitoring the competition activities, proposes actions;• Optimizes stocks in stores by constantly checking their needs;• Ensures that the Company's procedures are followed in daily activities;• Coordinates and supervises the daily monitoring of sales within stores, installations and operations at regional and national level;• Analyzes / investigates the market opportunities for opening new stores and develops the outsourced / franchise network;• Participates in the identification and evaluation of potential franchisors and is a decision element in their choice together with the relevant structures and in accordance with the policies in force

• Planning, organizing and coordinating the sales activities in the region, working also in the field in order to reach the objectives set by the company's policies and procedures.• Establishes and tracks the monthly regional budget.• Assigns monthly objectives to area retail supervisors• Responsible for the Profit & Loss analysis for each store and proposes corrective measures where needed.• Responsible for the analysis of the completion of monthly objectives assigned to area sales supervisors• Participates and helps decide during the identification and evaluation of potential franchisers• Prepares and coordinates monthly meetings with the area's personnel and acts as a manager and a coach in order to optimize their performance.• Participates in the selection and approval process of hiring new area sales managers.• Responsible for monitoring competitor activities in the assigned area.

• Planning, organizing and coordinating of stores & personnel from the allocated area, in order to reach the targets and departmental goals, complying with Company’s policies and procedures (commercial policy, internal rule book, merchandising policy)• Analyses and evaluates the sales results and makes recommendations in order to consolidate the retail objectives in the allocated area ;• Co-operates in developing the retail area if required so (open of new locations or location changes)• Regularly communicates and recommends strategies to Store Managers, and works with them to develop pro-active strategies related to the performance of the store.• Prepares sales reports or other reports related to the activity carried out.• Responsible for the quality of customer service standards within the stores supervised; • Monitors the performance of the subordinated staff ; trains, coaches, develops and motivates the team under his supervision, co-operating in that respect with HR Department and Training Department;• Ensures the implementation of the company policies in day-to-day functions and makes sure that personnel under his supervision follow the internal rules and procedures.• Performs the store visit report for every visitation of the stores in his/her area and send this report to his direct superior.• Participates in the recruitment process for store employees in his/her area of responsibilities. • Handles the company’s information &data at high standard of confidentiality such way to protect the company interests in the market.

• Managing general store activity (planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the activity of the shop) providing a high operational standard and achieving the set sales target• Effective administration of human and material resources of the store;• Managing the operational activity of the shop, including: inventory management, cash management, stock control, merchandising and preparing the store for daily operation• Responsible for providing quality services to clients, management of their possible complaints and complaint resolution in a timely manner;• Preparation of periodical reports about store activity and sales, and other reports requested by the supervisor• Stock analysis, ordering merchandise for optimum store activity• Responsible for hiring, training, developing and motivating the sales team members• Representing the company in relation with local authorities• Preparing and verifying daily activity and sales reports, with respect to internal procedures and legislation in force.
