Victor Orellana is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Launched IT in downtown Spokane, WA. He has over 14 years of extensive experience in software development and project management. He is an expert in the design, optimization and implementation of relational databases. He specializes in solution architecture using open source technologies as well as Microsoft platforms. Victor is well versed in all aspects of object oriented programming practices as well as Agile Scrum methodologies.Victor brings valuable experience with various software technologies and programming languages, with emphasis on: C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Delphi, Python, Ruby, CSS, HTML, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SharePoint, and InfoPath.Before leading the team at Launched IT, Victor worked as a developer at a small development shop, Limelyte. Prior to that, he was a Software Engineer at Ecova and is still currently sitting as Director of Social Media & Online Communications for On-Top Realty, Inc. Victor originally began his studies to become an elementary education teacher at Eastern Washington University, but switched to Washington State University for his Bachelor of Computer Science (2004).
