About Vivianne Morkos

My practice includes all areas of Family Law.I have extensive experience as an advocate. I am admitted and have practiced in New South Wales and Victoria. I am admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia. After an extensive career in criminal law, since being called to the Bar I have found my passion for Family Law and now exclusively practice in all aspects of Family Law. At the bar I accept briefs to appear in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court in respect of children and property matters and private mediations. I accept briefs and appear regularly in property settlement disputes, Contravention proceedings, Contempt proceedings, issues of unilateral intra and interstate relocation, contested divorce and parenting orders on both an interim and final hearing basis.I accept briefs to appear and advise in all areas of Family Law and I regularly appear on circuit in the FcFCoA in regional courts throughout Victoria.
