I run the Most Startup Friendly Company in Finland 2020 competition. Scouted down and interviewed the best of the best Corporate Venture units from more than ten large Finnish companies, hosted semi-finals and finals for the competitors and made all the arrangement to publish the results at virtual Alihankinta messut. I have continued my journey with Tribe Tampere as a network Manager and a community caretaker. It is all about creating local and international startup networks with meaningful encounters, extensive social capital and and doers do culture! Tampere is becoming the fastest growing and the most unified startup City in the Nordics.

Worked as a bridge from employment function to the startup ecosystem. Helped over 20 new initiatives and projects to get started and over 50 people (international and Finnish) to get employed through the process. Guided more than 200 volunteers. Build networks and visibility for Tampere through stratups, investors, talents, corporations and students.

Gathered and led over 70 volunteers for the first ever Stream Startup Festival in Tampere. I was the biggest one-day startup festival in finland that year. Gathered the volunteers together only during a 3-week period, formed teams, and picked and trained team leads. Of course worked with the awesome Stream Startup Festival team!

Tribe Tampere is made because we believed Tampere can be better in startup and entrepreneurial scene. Mehackit organizes creative technology courses in high schools. I was developing the operations from the beginning, while we were defining our concept and scaling it up. I did a lot of "grass-root" level, hands-on work. I sold our courses to schools and recruited all the external instructors to the courses.I was able to get our course into 25 schools. Dogs of Joys is a startup where I worked as a project manager. I handled practical things related to scheduling, financial numbers and communication. I was also setting up our production in China.Through this startup I learned a lot about physical products, how they differ from software products in early stages. I helped these hardworking guys to achieve their goals with a startup, Wone.io, which is going to revolutionize money transfering by ripple protocol.

In autumn 2014, with two other guys, we started to develop a new social media service. It was supposed to link people who have an idea but are not able to go on with it on their own, and people who don't have an idea but would be passionate to work with one.Eventually, the idea was killed. This was my very first experience about startups. It failed but it ignited a dream of changing the world someday.

I was founding Tampere Entrepreneurship Society when it started it's operation in autumn 2014. It has fast become a phenomenon in Tampere area, and it's developing forward rapidly. Through this I have learned how this kind of community works, cathered a lot of great connections and became familiar at organising events.

I handled an international project and wrote technical documents to platform displays. Later, my documents were used as a reference of their documentation.

I arranged global shipments of platform and train displays (to Poland, Spain, Canada, Switzerland, China, Korea etc.).

I was a testing assistant but I was promoted to handle the production of the whole 50 people factory. I got very familiar with their ERP-system, and the production life cycle.

I have worked as a beekeeber's assistant and as a honey seller at trade fairs. I have also worked in different house renovation projects, been led sport trainings for kids and been a tutor in confirmation camps.
