As a final touches makeup artist and scare actress, I assisted my fellow artists in providing lasting, intense body paint and SFX products including prosthetics, bruises, wounds, fake blood/dirt, hair color, and hair effects along with more specific character looks ranging from freezer burnt features to melting faces. I provided efficient and energetic support for 50+ actors/actresses and used creative problem-solving skills in order to ensure success for every single team member on even the busiest nights. I built many strong connections with other horror enthusiasts. both behind the scenes and throughout interactions with guests, and gained a new appreciation for the incredibly hard work so many put into running an interactive haunted house.

Maintained brand standards while assisting guests arriving and departing, by managing communication between multiple aspects of the hotel's function including management, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast, and other hotels. I stayed informed on local events, provided travel assistance to guests visiting from out of town, and recognized many regular Elite members staying for longer periods with bonuses and hospitality. I gained lots of experience with Choice Online,Microsoft Teams, and CLC, as well as many other online systems such as bulk ordering and credit card authorizations. I cooperated with many unique teammates, held great interviews, and trained others for many alternative roles, including providing Choice Training to current General Managers and inspecting clean, ready rooms for perfection to ensure guests' happiness.
