Currently, I still create content on my personal Facebook as hobby, but I specialize in a very special kind of content—packed with Vietnamese Gen Z slangs & jokes, Central Vietnam dialect, and sometimes, insider jokes, specially tailored for those from my high school. Of course, these only gave me a limited experience on content creation, blogging and creative writing in general; however, I learned to keep track of the latest Gen Z jokes and trends on social medias in order to update my content, and how to create personal branding through the purposes and the audience targeting of my content. I also gained a lot of experience on context-based copywriting, as I am able to change the tone, length and personal style of my writing to suit my selected audience group. In addition to my experience with written content, I can also do some basic video editing with Wondershare Filmora and CapCut, mostly for making memes. Unique Vocab is a not-for-profit academic organization whose mission is to provide study materials for several standardized tests, including the SAT, the IELTS and the C1 and C2 (CEFR) English language proficiency tests. We are currently close to reaching the 20 thousand followers milestone.As a member of the Executive Board and the Head of SAT department, I have:- Played a key role as a founding member (as shown in the background image of our Facebook page, my nickname is vmt), helping to establish organizational structure and procedures for the SAT department in particular and also for the organization as a whole, together with the other 3 founding members.- Managed a team of more than 60 people from all over Vietnam, with different backgrounds and academic abilities, frequently dealing with their feedback, complaints and member conflicts.- As the Head of SAT department, coordinated a small team of 8 people (6 compilers, 2 proofreaders) and guided them toward achieving the aim of compiling at least 6 study documents per week (each containing 25 academic words commonly seen in the SAT test, with full definitions, examples and pronunciations). Compilers and proofreaders have to work in pairs, so I had to assign specific tasks to each team member, schedule for task deadlines, carry out triple-checking procedures for quality assurance and ensure smooth cooperation between the two roles in the team while eliminating any possible member conflict.- Managed several small projects, including the term-end delivery of club certifications of membership (cost controlling, packaging, shipping progress tracking and managing members' shipping information using Google Workspace), and the development of the Unique Vocab website (progress monitoring, user feedback processing, timeline planning).- Managed the Unique Vocab Facebook page as an administrator, ensuring the punctual upload of posts and dealing with follower feedback, complaints or donation requests.
