- Assisting the lawyer in working and negotiating with the provincial people committee and VCP's internal affairs committee to resolve a land lease contract dispute with a local public entity.- Assisting the lawyer in defending clients accused of embezzlement and bribery crimes in the public and private sectors, such as the case in HCM FOSCO from 2012 to 2016 and the case related to the Sacombank branch in Khanh Hoa in 2022.- Assisting in defending clients accused of various crimes including sexual abuse, theft, violence, murder, drug crimes, etc. This includes preparing memorandums of points, contacting clients, investigating departments, procuracy, courts, and handling other administrative tasks.- Attending and assisting the lawyer in handling civil disputes, including a copyright dispute in the HCM Court in 2022, inheritance disputes, divorce disputes, bankruptcy, contract disputes, real estate disputes, etc.
