At RHR, I…• Own performance and growth of operations team through coaching, development, culture, and team engagement• Serve as leader and role model by being vocal, and taking ownership for upholding and advancing the company culture• Reinforce standards around quality, impact, and performance• Conduct performance reviews and feedback processes• Interview and train operations team members/ set and track performance and development goals• Assist in the improvement of onboarding and training• Collaborate to define team needs and gaps for ongoing team training and process refinement/ knowledge management• Participate in team staffing processes; help coordinate the match between capacity, developmental needs, capabilities, and demand• Support client-facing project coordination leads for multiple engagements• Manage resources and work requests• Review timelines and workflows• Review SOWs; support execution process• Guide communication of clear and concise program/ project requirements to client partners and team members• Ensure that scheduling, billing, expenses, and deliverables are completed accurately, timely, and professionally• Participate in webinars around leading and supporting engagements at scale• Engage in weekly and monthly leadership meetings• Coordinate actions (between meetings) with team members and stakeholders within the firm• Serve as thought partner to Scaled Consulting Operations Team Manager
