Vemetria Muhammad is an Engagement Manager, Operations Team Lead, and a member of RHR International’s Scaled Consulting (SC) Leadership Team. In this role, she leads a team of Project and Operations Coordinators. Partnering closely with the SC Operations Team Manager, she focuses on coaching, performance management, development, culture, team engagement, and knowledge management. In addition, she partners with other team leads to support overall culture, growth, and efficiency in continuing to evolve the effectiveness and performance of the SC Operations team. While providing mentorship and coaching for the development of others, she also supports client-facing leads for multiple engagements.Her professional experience includes an extensive range of management and operations with more than 15 years in customer service and administrative support. Within the last 10 years, proven success in client engagement and retention, and project and people management. In all her work, common threads have been her ability to thrive in high-volume environments, balance multiple competing priorities, offer solution-oriented perspectives, and her willingness to challenge herself and others while ensuring effective, impactful, and on-brand delivery of services.Vemetria is a doer with a passion for the success and satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders. She relishes being organized, responsive, and resourceful with the consistency and ability to build, refine, and support processes. Notably, she continues to help improve the onboarding process for new hires at RHR, interview and train Operations Team members, create, refine, and distribute SOPs, and work closely in the development of process maps.
