I am a Program Manager with 3+ years of experience in program management, agile project management, data modeling and creating polished and impactful decks for executive audiences. With a genuine passion for transforming healthcare delivery through data-driven, strategy-first initiatives and assisting in healthcare systems' financial & operational domains, I am able to integrate my knowledge of the social-behavioral sciences to remain focused on empowering patient populations. I currently support the Maternal Outcomes (MOMs) Navigation Program at Northwell Health, where I focus on the sustainability and growth of a system-wide maternal care coordination program that supports thousands of patients from both commercial payer and Medicaid populations.I graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Health Care Administration, summa cum laude. I have an innate desire to lead and held multiple leadership positions with campus organizations throughout my undergraduate career. By senior year, I was the President of three organizations, including one honor society. Problem-solving is where I find joy, and I take pride in being able to find creative solutions to challenging problems. If I can’t find what I’m looking for, I’ll build it myself.
