By collaborating with colleagues and taking personal accountability to maintain and improve controls, I am responsible for supporting the improvement of the overall controlled environment, client outcomes, and a reduction in M&G’s operational risk.· Provide an exceptional level of service to all internal and external stakeholders.· Ensure any queries are acted upon promptly, and the manager is kept updated.· Working closely with custodians, our legal department, Broadridge and ISS to ensure that POAs are in place and maintained for M&G’s voting funds.· Prepare POA documentation for onward legalisation.· Ensure any M&G holdings that are affected are included in Class Actions claims.· Investigate and provide correct cash SSI’s for any proceeds due from claims.· Work closely with the Legal team to reconcile holdings and provide any further fund information required for preparation for OPT-IN Class Actions.· Responsible for documenting and implementing business procedures for Class Actions.· Processing of sinking and amortising bonds.

· Validate Corporate Action notifications from custodians· Timely and accurate processing of Fixed, Equity, Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions.· Advising the Front Office of all Corporate Actions details promptly, highlighting any nuances requiring extra attention.· Maintain internal systems with instructions and decisions· Collating all Fund Manager decisions and sending onward instructions to custodians.· Responsible for promptly addressing and resolving Cash and Stock breaks relating to Corporate Actions.· Communicating with the Front Office, Custodians, and other departments to resolve issues or discrepancies that may occur· Reconciling loan positions within holdings and contacting brokers to agree on them.· Interactions with Corporate Finance to ensure Underwritings and Placings are processed and payments made.

· Processing of various types of trades· Reconciling data entry

· Dealing with any customer queries or complaints promptly· Sending cover notes and quotes out to clients· Processing Travel and Elective Insurance policies, payments detail amendments· File management· Promotional advertising requirements· Provide overflow cover for the telesales transactions.
