I began my corporate career as Company Secretary and Commercial Head in Gemini Communication Limited (www.gcl.in) - A listed company dealing with Information Technology in a leading way since June 21, 2005. I did innovative de-mergers and developed the company as a corporate parent of 5 companies in 2+ years of time. Then I shifted to Freudenberg Nonwovens India Private Limited - A German MNC having multiple business operations in India, to head their Secretarial Department and Internal Audit. I framed their Internal Audit Instruction Manual for entire Asia Pacific Region, I left them in September 2008. In September 2008 I joined Bosch Electrical Drives India Private Limited - A Joint Venture between Igarashi Motors & Bosch as their Company Secretary & Controller. With a meagre team of two staff, I have managed efficiently the operations in the complex SAP System and supported the company to make 120 Crore Turnover by making product costing and assisting in pricing strategies. Due to various unavoidable reasons, in 2010 beginning I left Bosch Electrical Drives India Private Limited. I then, joined Valeo Friction Materials India Limited - An Indo-French joint venture and the only company on this kind of material in India for heading their Finance, Information Systems & Secretarial Department. I saved them about Rs. 80 Million through Tax Credits and avoiding penalties & prosecution. Driven by a relentless curiosity and passion towards Business Focused Financial Works; I shifted my self from serving one company to serving the Business Community at large by beginning my consultancy business since April 12, 2011 Amarnath Kamath & Associates, Chartered Accountants – a leading CA Firm at Bangalore assisted me in building CA Practice with a clear focus on Digital Transformation, Management Consultancy and Corporate Finance Advisory Services.
