- Responsible for guiding the client through the event planning process from conception to onsite execution at each event.- Present various content to client, prepare speakers, collaboratively pitch run of show elements, and serve as the client contact on site at events.- Responsible for client satisfaction, driving projects forward, and ensuring accuracy of deliverables. - Strategically think for clients and clearly communicate the goals and needs both internally and externally - Responsible for all client communication - timeline, deadlines, process and more. -Lead all client meetings, setting expectations for key deliverables, team roles and next steps- Accountable for being aware of, and involved in, project leveling and ensuring that all initiatives support the client’s brand and overall strategy

- Create an immersive and positive experience for fans and communities by designing a concert schedule, collateral, gifts, activities, musical collaborations, and more.- Engage, Excite and Connect with guests online and offline prior to, on board and after their event via email campaigns and social media.- Plan and execute at least two festival events annually.- Collaborate with event Marketing lead to assist in guest retention and promotion.- Collaborate with Graphic Design team to create and refine collateral and merchandise designs for each event.- Facilitate online talent competition for select events. - Support Guest Services team

- Work to market + promote the 7 brands owned by The Daniel Richards Group - Pitch and create experiential marketing events- Plan, conceptualize, photograph and execute all content for various social media channels and outlets- Work with external partners to coordinate and execute fundraiser events - Plan, conceptualize, and execute all digital media to existing customers - Photograph content, and update various e-commerce outlets- Conceptualize, design, and build new locations for existing retail outlets as well as new concepts.

- Work to source various products for clients - Attend on site design meetings with clients to discuss vision and design process

- Coordinate with individual vendors to execute a flawless event day- Serve as on-site day-of Wedding Coordinator- Create new company packages for non-wedding events such as birthday parties- Serve as social media manager and designer
