I have dedicated 20+ years of my Human Resources career being impactful to the business and the lives of my team. As a Senior HR Professional, I am strategic and transparent in approach, yet hands-on and highly detailed in execution. Having worked at three start-up organizations, I embrace ambiguity and have successfully managed change (i.e. company acquisition, reduction in workforce, unionization). I have a proven track record of building trusting relationships while also growing the HR function from ground up. Often described as: a humble culture champion, consistently going above/beyond to support employees & the business; a creative and incessant idea generator, problem solver at heart, systems process geek, and spreadsheet aficionado Core strengths include: Conflict management | Employee Relations | full-cycle Recruitment | HR Operations | Employee Engagement | Change Management | Business process creation & improvement | Terminations | Immigration | Compensation | Benefits | Performance Management | Labour Relations & Union negotiation | HRIS
