Victor is a seasoned technology professional with vast experience and expertise in Information and Communication Technology. His vast experience extends into the aviation sector, having worked at Air Namibia as the CIO. During his tenure at Air Namibia he led the airline in implementation of many projects of a large scale, including but not limited to: International and Domestic Connectivity Network, Passenger Services System, Integration of various system suites for Operations Control Systems, web services for its customers, revenue management and network planning systems, cloud solutions and many more. Prior to that role, he worked for the Office of the Prime Minister of Namibia, MTC, as well as a Consultant and Software Engineer.
