As a Designer at MYM (FT120), I played a pivotal role in migrating our platform to a new stack.I led multiple workshops focused on cross-functional user interactions, which informed our User Research process.I also designed a native Android, iOS and Web app from scratch, incorporating a user-centric vision that contributed to a 20-40% increase in monthly sales.Principal Designer:- Development of processes to increase the productivity and collaboration of product and design teams (Figma plugin/architecture/template, Wireframing kit, etc.)- Tools governance (organization and nomenclature rules, permissions and seat management)- Stakeholders engagement- Recruiting new people in the product and tech teams and onboarding them to introduce the design team- Workshops and training on Figma, UI, design system and interaction- Working with Brand to establish the new brand identity slated for 2024Product Designer:- Collaboration with the data team to initiate data boards on specific feature in order to determine KPIs- Creating a new native app in Android and iOS from scratch- Migrating monolith into new stack- Feature team collaboration to translate user requirements and business goals into functional designs- Product discovery, based on user research such as interviews, market research, user testing, competitive analysis, etc.- Creation of Lo-fi and Hi-fi mock-ups, prototypes and specifications for developmentDesign System Manager:- Creating, managing and updating our design system, Leeloo, based on design tokens to ensure design consistency and efficiency throughout the organization (Brand, Design, Android, iOS and Web)- Training and support designers to help them contribute to and grow the design system in a scalable way- Coordinate and align different teams to support adoption of the design system. Roadmap management in line with product strategy- Working on a strategy to promote the design system internally, externally and an open-source vision
