Monthly training on e-commerce to 5 members of our Community (Community Shapers and Leaders) aiming to boost their selling performance. Training based on creative content creation, online platforms, customer engagement, strategy and overall performance. I've trained +60 people.

I've lead 2 amazingly talented teams so far, one in Madeira&Açores and one in Lisbon (current). I've been leading more than 30 talented youngsters. My main responsibilities are:-> Recruit, select, integrate and train Community Shapers (CS);-> Build a strong team culture and sense of belongingness regarding our Community (Forall Family);-> Manage CS performance and promote their personal development;-> Be part of the decision making process and co-create strategy and action plans within the Community.

My first contact with a fast growing start up in Portugal. I've been developing skills on sales, remote team working, communication (customer and team) and sustainability development.

Laboratory of Bioanalysis, Biomaterials and Biotechnology (LB3)Research focused on Microbiology, Biotechnology and Biomaterials applications, funded by the REBECA project (MAC/1.1a/060), and by the Oceanic Observatory of Madeira Project(M1420-01-0145-FEDER-000001-Observatório Oceânico da Madeira-OOM).

Green Discoveries is an ideation and accelerator program for environmental challenges. It aims to promote the development of business ideas and projects that solve environmental challenges and contribute to the promotion of active citizenship on sustainable development. My team and I have ideated a solution to remove, recover and reuse electronics components (such as Gold) to reduce e-waste and promote a circular economy (sustainability driven).

My role was CBO and I had responsibilities such as:- Business plan (Lean Canvas);- Revenue and Business Models;- Marketing Strategy;- Intellectual Property Plan;- Calculate Financial KPIs;- Create Funding Strategy.

Learned how to develop a global entrepreneur mind set. World-class mentorship on team building, ideation, business, software and marketing. Close interaction with SilIcon Valley entrepreneurs, investors and brilliant youngsters from all over the globe looking for entrepreneurship guidance. Life-changing three weeks in Estoril, Portugal.
