• Managed multiple elevator modernization projects through full project lifecycle, from contract signing, project planning, change management, status reporting to finial testing and inspection. Projects ranged from one month to over a year in length with budgets of up to $1 million. • Managed company operations. Ensured compliance with company policies and 
procedures. Organized and monitored work performed by members of the International Union of Elevator Constructors. Performed field inspections, takeoffs and attended conference calls and site meetings.• As a safety coordinator, made sure that work was done in a safest achievable manner in order to prevent any accidents or loss to person or property and that employees followed all applicable WorkSafeBC Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations. Ensured all work related injuries were reported properly to the WCB and that job hazard assessments and safety meetings were conducted on a regular basis. • Responsible for project financial aspects, budgeting and cost control. Initiated and supported invoices and collection processes on time.• Negotiated and maintained network of suppliers.
