Narayan was extremely tactful in handling multiple groups that he managed to effectively run this migration initiative and ensured that there was not a single delivery escalation due to the work moving from onshore to offshore. At any point in time, Narayan was coordinating across 70+ project managers in India and SPOCs across the other global delivery centers in in China, Philippines, Poland and Costa Rica. He is extremely good at building working relationships within the company as well as with customers. He is methodical and articulate in reaching out and engaging with all stakeholders. He had a built a good network within the company through which he could quickly get through to resources with any specific skills and get them onboard for project requirements.
