I manage and control all issues related to card technical, manage and coordinate almost card and ebank projects. In this time, I also have more knowledge than about card and card business process, joined into developing policies, procedures and processes.I and my team finished core-card system conversion to new system, connecting with Visa, JCB sucessfully.I was appointed as Card Center deputy director from May 2017 with main responsibility as: - Building the architecture and solutions for the card system and e-banking according to the objectives and development orientation of the card center. - Planning and implementing the system development plan, card and e-banking projects. - Managing and assigning specific tasks to each department/unit and personel of the Card Technical department and Card Operation department, includes divisions: Issuing, Accounting, Dispute & Chargeback, Risk, Card Processing, and Card Technical. - Risk management, system security, organization of inspection and control compliance with security standards and regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam in card issuing and payment. - Contact point with international card schemes, Napas and payment intermediary for implementing projects. - Coordinate the implementation of training plans. At HDBank, I experienced positions as Card Issuing Specialist and then as Card Technical Specialist. I had chance to join many projects related to setup and operating Card system, Issuing, Acquiring, Perso System, PCI-DSS and develop apps to serve card business process, build ATM state flow…During working here, I accumulated much experience with systems as switch, card management system, connections and business process.
