As a founding team member at Lixbox, one of Vietnam’s top 3 e-commerce platforms, I played a pivotal role in building the platform from the ground up. In my role as Technical Lead, I was responsible for developing a scalable and stable architecture for the e-commerce website and back-office ecosystem. Additionally, I architected and designed the front-end, back-end and infrastructure for the community platform focused on mothers and babies, ensuring a seamless and efficient system. I collaborated closely with the business team to build a robust tracking system, enabling measurement of feature performance and conducting A/B testing. This continuous process of optimization enhanced both the user experience and sales efficiency."

At The Coastal Cali, a food and beverage business with two key operations: a Mexican restaurant and a corporate lunchbox service. I was responsible for developing business strategies and crafting detailed business plans. I took on direct operational leadership, overseeing menu development, staff recruitment and management, and overall business performance. In addition to restaurant management, I successfully scaled the corporate lunchbox service to deliver over 1,500 lunches daily to businesses and individuals across Ho Chi Minh City.

At WeContent, we built a digital content platform that connects over 500 small and medium-sized businesses with more than 1,000 writers and designers across Vietnam. The platform efficiently handles large volumes of content each month through an automated and optimized software process. As the leader, I was responsible for defining the company’s vision, guiding its development direction, and overseeing the technology team to build a seamless system that ensured smooth operations and high-quality content delivery.

At Luna Technology, a leading software company, I led the growth of the engineering team from a small group to 70 software engineers. My primary responsibility was to collaborate with clients to fully understand their business requirements, analyze needs, and deliver optimal, cost-effective solutions. I also managed and developed diverse teams, ensuring that each team member followed a tailored growth plan. Through strategic leadership, I fostered an environment of continuous learning and development, helping the team scale efficiently and meet business goals.

I had the opportunity to work for one year at PycoGroup (now CBTW), a leading software company in Vietnam. During my time there, I was involved in large-scale projects for global clients, working with the latest technologies and constantly improving them. My primary contributions were in the early stages of projects, where I helped lay the foundation and collaborated with the team to develop key features. I also provided support in resolving complex challenges related to software architecture.
