In my role as Technical Lead, I was responsible for developing a scalable and stable architecture for the e-commerce website and back-office ecosystem. Additionally, I architected and designed the front-end, back-end and infrastructure for the community platform focused on mothers and babies, ensuring a seamless and efficient system. At The Coastal Cali, a food and beverage business with two key operations: a Mexican restaurant and a corporate lunchbox service. I was responsible for developing business strategies and crafting detailed business plans.
