With a true passion for strategy, corporate development, and business insight and transformation, I lead Global Group strategy and insight at IKEA (Ingka Group).I am, with a lean team, responsible for strategy and strategic insight globally advising our group business areas, markets and functions. I co-lead our taskforce on Artificial Intelligence.My personal expertise lies in corporate strategy development, strategic insight, business transformation/corporate development, senior management advisory and complex stake-holder management, retail industry dynamics including AI, digitalization, platform business models and business ecosystem design. Additionally, I have experience from people leadership, change management, operational improvement, cost reduction, procurement, process- organizational- and governance design and development, M&A and post-merger integration, foresighting and scenario-building - among many other topics.I report into Group Executive Management, am a member of the management team for Strategy, Transformation, Business Development and Innovation, and member of the global IKEA Retail commerical development and operations council.My background includes 10 years of consulting experience from The Boston Consulting Group, with broad industry, topic and international experience with specific focus on retail and consumer goods strategy. I hold a master's degree in economics and management from Lund University with 100% GPA.
