- Develop and monitor SOP in accordance with actual operating procedures.- Support team in project opening new warehouse in HCM, Can Tho, Nha Trang, Da Nang.- Sourcing and contract with suppliers in setting up warehouses process.- Ensure payment process not to stuck in operations.- Record and control monthly capex & opex.
